Features
SS635 series waterproof pressure sensor is modularly designed using piezoresistive technology. It includes an IP68-rated connection, submersible polyurethane jacketed cable. You can also choose from various pressure port options. This series features an enhanced double O-ring(Viton) structure. It is a low-cost solution for applications requiring a pressure transducer in wet or submerged environments. It is suitable for measuring liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water and mildly corrosive fluids.
SS635 series is fitted with a traditional G1/2 pressure connection as standard to give the best in media compatibility. The powerful SENDO customization system can customize various pressure connections/screws. It has standard voltage and 4- 20mA current outputs and provides accurate readings at pressure ranges from 100 mBar.
Installation and precautions
- The installation place should be easy to operate and fix
- The installation place should be as far away from the inlet as possible

- During installation, the metal probe should sink to the bottom of the container and be fixed
Precautions for safe use
- Clean the metal probe (sensor) regularly to avoid blocking the pressure port
- A SS 316L diaphragm is exposed in the front part of the sensor, and any artificial touch is not allowed
- The cable is specially waterproof designed, and abrasion, puncture, and cutting the cable is strictly prohibited
- The wiring should strictly reference the electrical connection. Wrong wiring will cause damage to the sensor
