Features
SS636 series submersible pressure transducer is designed by piezoresistive technology. It has been optimized for simple measuring requirements in level measurement. The transducer is cost-effective, quite reliable, and offers excellent quality. Enhanced double O-ring(Viton) sealing for the front and back end consists of FKM Fluoroelastomers, 316L or 304 stainless steel, and polyurethane. The transducer can be fully submerged and meet the IP68 grade protection.
SS636 series features a big, open 316L stainless steel corrugated diaphragm that is easy to maintain daily. The transducer gives long-term and accurate readings at pressure ranges from 100 mBar up to 5 Bar to measure level and depth (corresponding to water column depths of 1 m to 50 m).

Installation and precautions
- The installation place should be easy to operate and fix
- The installation place should be as far away from the inlet as possible
- The installation place should be as far away from the heat source as possible
- The installation place should be as far away from the vibration source as possible
- During installation, the metal probe should sink to the bottom of the container and be fixed
Precautions for safe use
- Clean the metal probe (sensor) regularly to avoid blocking the pressure port
- A SS 316L diaphragm is exposed in the front part of the transducer, and any artificial touch is not allowed
- The cable is specially waterproof designed, and abrasion, puncture, and cutting the cable is strictly prohibited
- The wiring should strictly reference the electrical connection. Wrong wiring will cause damage to the transducer
