Features

SS204 series auto oil pressure sensor is the premium product of the SENDO OEM line. It is a classic sensor used in air, water, oil, and other media. It is compatible with stainless steel, and FKM has a smart size and a beautiful appearance. It is lightweight and only about 60g. All these make the SS204 series suitable for applications with limited space and weight.

SS204 series uses piezoresistive sensing technology with ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) signal conditioning in a brass housing and Metri-Pack 150 electrical connections. A high-quality OD 19 mm pressure transducer floats on an O-ring seal. Therefore, it is free of any housing stresses, giving excellent long-term stability.

The flexible pressure sensor program covers absolute, sealed gauge, and vented gauge versions, measuring ranges from 1 bar to 250 bar and a wide range of pressure connections. Typical applications are automotive, which monitors the oil pressure, fuel pressure, and brake system; HVAC/R monitoring system performance for proper environmental control; and air compressors, which monitor compressor performance.
