Features
SS112 series sanitary pressure transducer is designed using piezoresistive technology. The transducer features an isolated structure filled with silicone oil for reliable performance. Its classic industrial clamp fitting ensures a crevice-free media interface. The pressure acts on the 316L stainless steel diaphragm. The resistance value of the silicon chip changes in response to applied pressure. This variation produces a millivolt (mV) output signal proportional to the pressure.
SS112 series sanitary pressure transducer serves critical monitoring needs in food processing, brewing, pharmaceutical production, and dairy manufacturing. It is available in a pressure range of 0.2 bar to 60 bar. The transducer features 1″, 1.5″, 2″, and 2.5″ Tri-Clamp fittings made from high-quality 316L stainless steel wetted parts. Our standard design comes with three cooling fins. It can operate up to 150°C. The upgraded version has five fins. It is designed for high-temperature applications and can support operation at temperatures up to 200°C.
Custom configurations are available to meet specific process requirements.
