Features
PS100 series piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor is a dry-type ceramic piezoresistive sensor. This material is made from alumina ceramic, second only to diamond in hardness. It boasts excellent abrasion resistance, eliminating the need for additional protection. Its service life far exceeds that of comparable metal sensors. At the same time, it features a density of 3.5 g/cm³ and compact dimensions of 18 mm × 6.35 mm, weighing just 5 g.
PS100 series piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor has excellent thermal stability. It can operate in environments ranging from -40°C to 125°C, making it highly versatile. With a pressure measurement range of 2 to 400 bar and a response time of less than 1 ms. The sensor delivers precise, reliable performance for various pressure measurement applications.
