Features
PS100 series piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor is a dry ceramic piezoresistive sensor. The sensor is made of aluminum oxide ceramic, second only to diamond in hardness. It has excellent wear resistance and requires no additional protection. Its service life far exceeds that of comparable metal sensors. At the same time, it has a density of 3.5 g/cm³, compact dimensions of 18 mm × 6.35 mm, and a weight of only 5 g. The PS100 series of piezoresistive ceramic sensors has a high density of 3.5 g/cm³.
PS100 Series piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor has excellent thermal stability. It can operate in an environment from -40°C to 125°C. The pressure measurement range is 2 to 400 bar. The response time is less than 1 millisecond. The sensor provides accurate and reliable performance for a wide range of pressure measurement applications.
