SS308 micro-differential pressure transmitter utilizes SMI’s high-precision sensors and specialized integrated circuits to convert millivolt (mv) signals accurately to standard current, voltage, or digital outputs. It supports a variety of industrial signal standards. These include 4- 20mA DC, 0- 10mA DC, and 0-5 VDC. The transmitter is designed for high overload and hydrostatic pressure. It is highly reliable under extreme conditions. The transmitter also utilizes a state-of-the-art damping filter to maintain the stability of the output signal.
The transmitter is housed in an aluminum alloy. Field installation is straightforward. Adjustable zero and full-scale functions are available for field calibration. A low-power, wide temperature range LCD is also an option. All electrical interfaces and mechanical connections comply with ISO standards.
The transmitter is designed for accurate pressure and flow monitoring in critical industrial environments. Applications include furnace pressure control, HVAC systems, fan operation, and smoke management. It is powerful enough to simultaneously measure differential, positive, and negative (gauge) pressures. It has standardized pressure/electrical connections for seamless integration with process control systems. It also has single-ended measurement capability for high adaptability in various environments.
