SS402 series flush pressure transmitter is an oil-filled silicone sensor designed using piezoresistive technology. It works following the piezoresistive effect. Pressure applied by the process media is hydraulically transmitted from the flexible diaphragm through the filled fluid between the diaphragm and the instrument to the pressure element. The sensor is very rugged and robust. Flush port connection with stainless steel 316L material. A ring on the diaphragm. The sensor offers excellent long-term and stable performance throughout the complete range of pressures from 0.1 to 1000 bar with amplified voltage or current outputs.
SS402 series is highly configurable. It has a variety of electrical termination and flush pressure port configurations. The sensor is ideal for measuring liquid and gas pressures in food processes and industrial applications. In these applications, the media is either viscous or otherwise liable to block the port of a conventional pressure transducer with a recessed diaphragm or pressure port.
SS402.T06 series high temperature flush diaphragm pressure transmitter with 6 pcs cooling extensions. It is suitable for use at a media temperature up to 200 °C. Typical applications include food processing, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical. The flush membrane can be easily cleaned for long-term reliability and outstanding performance. Robustly constructed from stainless steel. SS402.T06 series permits accurate measurement at elevated temperatures. Output options include 0-5 Vdc, 0-10 Vdc, and 4-20 mA.
