SS330 series low pressure sensor is a piezoresistive silicon-based sensing device. It has high repeatability and low pressure hysteresis measurements. A thin stainless steel membrane and silicone oil fill isolate the silicon chip from the pressure media. The high sensitivity of silicon semiconductor strain gauges facilitates low pressure ranges down to as low as 0 to 100 mbar. Because of the metal capsule construction, it is compatible with wet media.
The sensor can be modified according to your specific requirements. It is calibrated and temperature-compensated and offers different amplified analogue output signals. Our low-pressure range offers many outputs and both electrical and pressure connections. It fits many uses, such as airflow and air consumption, ventilation and HVAC, calibration, wind tunnel, cleanroom control, and draught measurement.
SS331 series low pressure sensor can measure the pressure of air, gases, and non-aggressive low-viscosity fluids. It utilizes a highly linear exposed piezoresistive silicon element. An exposed silicon diaphragm boosts sensitivity and enhances performance at low pressures. SS330 series suits industrial OEM low-pressure measurement needs. It works well with dry and non-corrosive liquids and gases.
