Features
SS125 series flush membrane pressure transducer was developed from SS115 series. It is using the latest piezoresistive technology. SS125 series features a cavity-free, hygienic flush diaphragm connection. At the same time, it is constructed with 316L stainless steel. The transducer features a smaller inlet port and internal diaphragm cavity than conventional models. The face diaphragm is flat, which helps prevent media blocking and clogging. This design makes it especially suitable for high-viscosity materials. It also works well with contaminated substances commonly found in the food and chemical industries.
SS125 series uses a high-performance silicon chip inside the housing. The transducer housing contains the piezoresistive silicon chip and a small quantity of oil. The oil transmits diaphragm pressure to the silicon chip. It is available with absolute pressure, relative pressure, and vacuum measurement, as well as pressure measuring ranges of -1 … 0 bar to 0 … 600 bar.
