Hi Sendo Sensor, I am looking for a water pressure sensor. The sensor would be used to measure the water pressure in a pool filter. temperature range of the water would be 10 to 30 degrees C. The environment temperature would be 0 to 50 degrees C. One concern for us is corrosion. swimming pool water contains hydrochloric acid (HCL) and chlorine (Cl), which I believe will lead to corrosion of the stainless steel. Will the o-ring protect the stainless steel? Perhaps a brass housing will better handle the HCL and Cl, but then the diaphram is made of stainless steel. Can you please give your opinion on brass vs stainless steel for this application. Also, is there a way to protect the diaphram?
