Dear Mr and Mrs, We are manufacturing refrigerant machines in Turkey. For our production we will buy pressure sensor. Can you please send us a quotation for 1000 pcs x PS100E01 pressure sensor.

Output : 0-5 V or 0.5-4.5 V

Power Supply: 12 VDC

We will use it on our Refrigerant recovery machines . Refrigerant type is R134a. There is also litle amount refrigerant oil. The working temperature is from 5 degC to 60 degC. We want install the ceramic pressure sensor body direct on our aluminium body. This is for cost reduction. Normally we use complete transmitter. And can you supply later also compound range? This means, example : -1 Bar to 20 Bar gauge type . (For measuring also vacuum.)

Descriptions

PS100E01 series low cost ceramic pressure sensors are made with ceramic cell(Al2O3 96%) and work following the piezoresistive principle, the signal conditioning electronics are added on one side of ceramic diaphragm where the wheatstone bridge is screen printed, offer 0.5-4.5V, 0.2-4.5V ratiometric signal(Customized is available), it has been developed for low cost applications (e.g. automotive applications). PS100E01 series have the reinforced outer area(monolithic structure), the sensor can be mounted in a plastic or metallic case by using O-ring, and thanks to the good chemical resistance of the ceramic, the sensors can measure pressure in nearly all aggressive media.
